National Car Rental facility is located 17Km/11Ml from Barranquilla's International Airport Ernesto Cortizos. Go straight on Calle 30 until Carrera 22. Make a left turn on Carrera 22 until Avenida Murillo. Make a right turn on Avenida Murillo until Carrera 43. Make a left hand turn on Carrera 43 until Calle 75 were you will make a left hand turn until finding Carrera 41D. National Car Rental is inside of Hotel Puerta Del Sol which will be on the left hand side. Continue to the counter to obtain your rental agreement.

All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements.
Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter.
Additional drivers must sign the rental agreement.
An additional daily fee may apply for any Additional Drivers.
The additional driver can only be added to the contract at the pick up location.
Minimum rental age is 25 and there is no maximum age.
Cross border travel is not permitted out of Colombia.
All one way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. One way charges apply and are payable at time of rental. One way charges cannot be prepaid.
As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.
Option 1- We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay National at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices. A 20% surcharge will apply.
Option 2- You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas to avoid extra fuel charges.
A passport in addition to a credit card, with available credit and in the renter's name must be presented. The signature on the back must match the name imprinted on the card. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card presented by renter must match the name and number stored for the online transaction.
Credit Cards honored: American Express®, MasterCard®, VISA®, Diners Club® Tour & Travel/Corporate vouchers accepted. Cash accepted as final payment.
An authorization in the amount of the rental will be taken at time of pick-up. If renting with cash, authorization on credit card will be required and customer can pay with cash at the end of rental. This authorization amount may be used toward damage or late charges in the event vehicle is returned with damage and/or late charges are assessed.

PICO y PLACA Ordinance (%u201CPeak and [License] Plate%u201D): Colombia enacted an ordinance to help regulate traffic during rush hours. All rental car companies must abide by this law and arrangements must be made upon picking up the rental vehicle with the station personnel.
Bogota, Cartagena & Santa Marta: The digits of the license plates are chosen such that a car with that license plate cannot be driven at a certain time on a certain day of the week. The restricted digits associated to each day are rotated yearly. In order to comply with this ordinance and avoid any penalties customers renting for more than six days are required to exchange the vehicle a day prior to the PICO y PLACA of the vehicle. If customers are leaving the renting city, they will not have to comply with the PICO Y PLACA law and National will make arrangements to ensure that when the customer picks up and returns the vehicle it will not coincide with the PICO Y PLACA law.
